Questions before you go
Does my phone support eSIM?
Most phones from the last few years do, including iPhone XS and later, and recent Samsung Galaxy and Google Pixel models. Your phone must also be carrier-unlocked. Check your phone's settings under SIM or Mobile data.
When does my plan start?
Your validity period starts when your eSIM first connects to a network at your destination, not when you buy it.
Can I make calls with it?
Roamigo eSIMs are data-only. You can still use WhatsApp, FaceTime and other apps that call over the internet.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, open Profile and choose Delete my account. See our privacy policy for what we keep.
